How did you choose the name Car Car Clay?
I've been a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters since I moved to Seattle in 2015. My little sister, Averionna gave me the nickname, Car Car and I couldn't think of a better name to give my brand. She's the best girl around.

Earring Care
Polymer clay earrings are lightweight, flexible, and durable. Earrings can get wet, but I recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or spending a long period in the rain. They will not melt in warm water or summer heat. Please keep them under 120 degrees.

To clean, you may wipe your earrings using a soft damp cloth with or without hand soap. Please be gentle. 

Returns and Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact me and I will do whatever I can to resolve it for you. My goal is to make you a happy and satisfied customer.

Order Processing
Please allow 2-5 days of processing after your order is placed.  Packages will be shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing. Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 on USPS, there may be shipping delays.

Packaging and Gifting
Your order will be shipped in recyclable and reusable packaging to you or someone special! If you would like your package mailed to a gift recipient, please enter the correct shipping address and leave a note at checkout that your item is a gift. I am happy to include a small celebratory note at your request.
